I wish you could because my vault on mobile is amazing, but sadly, no dice. I've tried looking for ways to sync them up but came up with nothing. So, I just play both and pretend they're different dimensions in the Fallout universe.
You just can't. They're like parallel universes that never meet. PS4 is PS4, and mobile is mobile. End of story.
