Had to do this when my phone took an unexpected swim. I thought all was lost, but nope! Connected Homescapes to my new phone via Facebook and boom, my digital mansion was back in business. Make sure you connect to the same account type you used before, and your progress should sync without a hitch.
Just use the same account LOL. If you started on Apple, use Apple on the new device. Started with Google? Stick with Google. That's it.
