Your best bet is to connect your JBL to the TV instead of directly to the Xbox Series X. Most TVs have Bluetooth or at least an aux output.

Use an optical to aux converter if your TV doesn’t have a direct aux output. It worked for me with my JBL Flip 5. Happy gaming!

Unfortunately, Xbox Series X doesn’t support Bluetooth audio directly. You can use your TV's audio output to connect your JBL speaker, though. Just hook up your JBL to the TV via aux or optical cable, and you’re good to go!
