Unfortunately, the Logitech G435 isn’t directly compatible with Xbox One since it uses Bluetooth and Xbox One doesn't support Bluetooth audio. You might need a wired headset or one specifically designed for Xbox.

As someone who tried it, I can confirm the G435 doesn't work with Xbox One. Xbox controllers lack Bluetooth audio support, so you'll need a different headset or use the wired connection if available.
