Easy peasy! Just plug the green 3.5mm audio jack from the Turtle Beach headset into the Xbox 360 controller’s headset port. For surround sound models, connect the digital optical cable to the console and the headset’s base unit.

Just tried this last week: plug the headset into the controller, and don't forget to set the Xbox 360 audio settings to 'Headset' for output!
