You'll need an Xbox 360 headset adapter. Plug it into your controller and then hook up your headphones to that!

Sadly, Xbox 360 doesn't support USB audio directly. Your best bet is to use an adapter that can convert USB to 3.5mm jack and plug it into the controller.

I tried this myself back in the day. Unfortunately, USB headphones just won't connect directly to an Xbox 360. Controller adapter is your friend here!

Actually, USB headphones won't work with Xbox 360. Just get a pair of compatible headphones with a 2.5mm jack.
