Unfortunately, you can't directly connect USB speakers to an Xbox Series S. Your best bet is to use the optical audio out on your TV and connect your speakers that way.

Hey, USB speakers don't work with Xbox Series S. Try Bluetooth speakers using a Bluetooth adapter connected to your TV for audio output.

Just plug the speakers into your TV's audio out port. Xbox audio will then run through your TV to the speakers.
