I had the same setup! Just connect the USB cable from the drums to your Xbox 360's USB port, and press the guide button on the drums to sync them. Easy peasy!

First, plug the USB cable from the drums directly into any available USB port on your Xbox 360. Then, power on your console and sync the drums by pressing the guide button (the big, glowing X button).
