Unfortunately, you can't connect an Xbox 360 controller to iOS directly since iOS requires Bluetooth for wireless controllers, and the Xbox 360 controller uses a proprietary wireless connection.

You could use a wired Xbox 360 controller with an Apple Lightning to USB Camera Adapter, but it's not guaranteed to work for all games or apps!
