You gotta use the Xbox app on your phone. After signing in, make sure your console is on the same network. Then just hit 'Connect'. Voila!

Honestly, Xbox 360 doesn’t have as much connectivity with apps compared to newer consoles like Xbox One or Series X/S.

As someone who's done this before, just ensure both your Xbox 360 and your mobile device are connected to the same Wi-Fi network. Open the Xbox app and look for your console under the 'Console' tab. Should work like a charm!
