I’ve done this a bunch of times! Just make sure your iPhone's hotspot is active, then head to the Xbox 360's Network Settings. From there, find your iPhone under available networks, type in the password, and you'll be connected!

Simply turn on your iPhone hotspot, then on your Xbox 360, go to Network Settings, select Wi-Fi, and choose your iPhone's hotspot from the list. Enter your hotspot password if prompted, and you should be good to go!
