You don't actually convert a personal page to a business page. You just need to create a new business page from scratch. Here’s a [link](https://www.facebook.com/pages/creation/) to get you started!
Been there, done that! Go to your page settings, click 'General', then 'Page Visibility' and change it to 'Published'. Now select 'Edit Page' to use the business template.
