The easiest way to copy category perms is to use a bot like Dyno or YAGPDB. They have commands that can clone your perms for you. Happy cloning!
I've done this before: Use a bot for automation. Manual copying can be a huge pain if you have a lot of perms to transfer!
You can also do it manually. Right-click the category, go to 'Edit Category,' then click the 'Permissions' tab. Take note, and apply the same settings to your new category.
