Crafting a banner in Apex Legends isn't like crafting items in some other games; you don't do it in-game with materials. Instead, you head over to the Legends or Loadout section in the main menu. There, you can customize banners by using Crafting Metals, which you get from opening Apex Packs (the game's version of loot boxes). Choose the Legend whose banner you want to customize, and then mix and match the banner frames, poses, and trackers you've unlocked or buy them with Crafting Metals!
