To craft the Deathbringer Pickaxe in Terraria, you need to get your hands on 12 Crimson Bars and 6 Tissue Samples. First, you gotta defeat the Brain of Cthulhu to get the Tissue Samples, and then head over to a Crimson Altar with those bars and samples to craft it. No workbench needed, just straight to the altar!
