You can't actually 'craft' a Solar Eclipse in Terraria - it's an event that happens randomly after you've defeated the Mechanical Bosses. But, if you're looking to trigger one on purpose, you can use a Solar Tablet. You can craft a Solar Tablet at a Mythril or Orichalcum Anvil using 8 Solar Tablet Fragments, which you can find in Lihzahrd Chests inside the Jungle Temple.
You don't craft a Solar Eclipse, you summon it. Solar Tablet, Jungle Temple, bingo bango, you've got monsters at your door.
