You need Bitizenship to create fully custom characters. Once you're a Bitizen, you can tweak everything from start.

I've done it a million times! When you start a new life, click on the 'God Mode' button if you have it, or go to 'Custom Life' to set everything from looks to stats. Trust me, you'll love the control.
