To create a custom scenario in BitLife, you'll need to unlock the God Mode feature through an in-app purchase. Once you have God Mode, you can tweak almost every aspect of your character's life, from their stats to relationships, and even job opportunities!
You can't create truly custom scenarios without unlocking God Mode first. It's the only way to freely change the game's parameters.
