Easy peasy! In GTA 5 on Xbox, to crouch you just need to press the left stick on your controller (L3). Press it once, and your character sneaks into a quieter, stealthier mode. Happy sneaking around!

Just tap L3 (left stick) and you're in stealth mode. Crouching in GTA 5 is more like a stealth mode, so you won't get a full crouch but it's great for sneaking.
