To crouch in Rec Room on PS4, you just gotta press the Circle button on your controller. It's super easy once you get the hang of it, and it totally changes the game, especially in paintball and laser tag!

Honestly, I just physically crouch IRL. Immersion level = 100. But yeah, the Circle button works too.
