To cure exhaustion in Stardew Valley, just head to bed and sleep! Your energy will fully replenish by the next morning. If you're mid-day and can't make it back home, eat some food to boost your energy levels. Different foods restore different amounts of energy, so keep an eye on that.

If you've pushed your farmer too hard and got them exhausted, the quickest fix is to eat something. Always have a stash of forageables or crops on you for these emergencies. Sleeping is the best cure, but sometimes you just can't wait till bedtime.

Just sleep it off, dude. Stardew's like real life; rest fixes everything. If you can't wait, snack on whatever you've grown or foraged. Simple.

So you've hit the energy bottom, huh? Don't sweat it! Snack on your crops or anything edible you find lying around. The more nutritious, the better. And remember, there's no shame in an early bedtime.

Energy levels in Stardew Valley are no joke. If you're out of juice, hit the hay or eat something. I once survived on wild onions for days because I was too stubborn to go to bed early. Works, but not recommended!

If you're a Stardew Valley player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
