To cure the Blood Plague in State of Decay 2, you need to craft a Plague Cure at the Infirmary using 5 Plague Samples. Just make sure your Infirmary is at least level 1!

Get 5 Plague Samples from killing plague zombies or destroying plague hearts, then head to your infirmary and craft the cure. Boom, cured!
