Easy peasy! Just load 'em into the decoy tube on your Cyclops and launch when you're about to be Leviathan sushi!
Just load decoys into the Cyclops' launcher and press the button. It's that simple. Good luck!
Once you've made the decoys at your fabricator, you need to load them into the Cyclops decoy launcher, which is located in the aft section of the submarine. When you run into trouble, launch them and watch the baddies chase the decoys instead of you. Saved my hull more times than I can count!
