To take down Razorback, you need to hack the consoles to release the Bursa enemies. Hack the Bursas, get them to go kamikaze on Razorback, and then attack him while his shields are down!

Hack the Bursas and use them against Razorback to bring down his shields. Then blast him with everything you've got!
Just hack those Bursas already and let them do the dirty work.
From my experience, hacking the Bursas and using them to drop Razorback's shields is the only way to go. Once his shields are down, he's a goner with some heavy firepower!
