To deactivate the Quarantine Enforcement Platform, you need to cure yourself of the Kharaa bacterium. Head to the Primary Containment Facility, hatch a Sea Emperor Leviathan egg, and use the enzyme from its baby to cure yourself. Only then will the platform deactivate!
