Sniper rifles work like a charm! Aim for the head, and you'll dismantle their shields faster than you can say 'Tenno'.
My hot take? Just avoid them if you can. Focus on other enemies and let the Nullifiers come to you, then hit 'em when their shields drop.
Use melee attacks to slice through the Nullifier bubbles. A good melee weapon can quickly cut through their barrier and take them out.
