Easy peasy! Equip your hammer, right-click to bring up the build menu, then click middle mouse button to deconstruct. Enjoy your reclaimed materials!

You can’t dismantle everything, but for most things, use the hammer and middle mouse button. Simple as that.

Use the hammer tool, right-click to open the menu, aim at the structure piece, and middle-click to deconstruct. Got my whole base back this way once!
