To reset your Xbox 360 to factory defaults, go to System Settings > Console Settings > System Info, then enter the reset code: LT, RT, X, Y, LB, RB, Y, and Y. Boom, back to square one!

Resetting to factory default is bad. Instead, clean up your hard drive and clear cache for better performance without losing everything.
