To defeat Bowser in Super Mario 64 DS, you need to grab his tail by running around him and pressing the attack button. Swing him around and aim to throw him at one of the bombs on the edge of the platform. Repeat this process in each encounter until he's defeated!

Just grab Bowser's tail, swing him around, and toss him into the bombs at the edge of the arena. Easy peasy!

I've beaten Bowser like ten times in Super Mario 64 DS. What you gotta do is grab his tail, swing him around, and throw him into the bombs. Takes some practice but you'll get it!

Trust me, it's all about timing and aiming. Get his tail, swing him, and bomb him. Rinse and repeat.
