As someone who鈥檚 done it, just use the Act option to challenge and then flee. Rinse and repeat until you manage to flee completely.
Just dodge her attacks until you can run away. It鈥檚 tedious but it works!
You don't need to defeat her. You just keep running away and she eventually lets you go.
