To delete a vault in Fallout Shelter, first, launch the game and head to the main menu. From there, click on 'Vault List'. You'll see all your vaults listed. Honestly, why delete? You never know when you'll want to come back and check on your dwellers. Keep the vault, start a new one if you need a fresh start!
Simple. Go to your Vault List, find the vault number you want to get rid of and use the delete option. Did this once and regretted it because I lost so much progress. Think twice before doing it!
