How to Delete Credit Card from Facebook
Go to Facebook's Payment Settings (Settings & Privacy > Settings > Payments). Find the card you want to delete, click Remove, and confirm. Easy peasy!

From experience, it's straightforward: Settings, then Payments, find your card, and remove it. Takes less than a minute!
You don't actually need to delete it. Just add a new one and set it as the default payment method.
