Make sure you're an admin of the account. Head to Business Settings, find the business you want to delete, and select 'Permanently Delete Business' at the bottom of the screen.
Deleting a Facebook business account can be a bit tricky. You need to have admin access. Once you're in Business Settings, go to Info, and hit 'Permanently Delete Business'. Confirm and voila!
