Open Snapchat, go to the Chat screen, hold down on the friend you want to remove from favorites, and select 'Remove from Best Friends.' Voila!
From personal experience, just stop snapping those 'favorites'鈥擲napchat will eventually remove them from your Best Friends list. Sometimes, inaction is action!
