On PC, you can remove Sonic Generations save data by navigating to the game's save folder, usually in your 'My Documents' or the game directory, and deleting the save files.
To delete Sonic Generations data on your console, just go to the storage menu, find the game, and select 'delete' or 'clear data'. Bam! Clean slate.
I just love a fresh start! On my PlayStation, it was as simple as heading to 'Settings', 'Storage', and then deleting Sonic Generations from there.
