On PC, just head to the appdata folder (C:\Users\[YourUsername]\AppData\Local\UNDERTALE), then delete the 'file0' and 'undertale.ini' files. Done and dusted!

For consoles, you'll need to go into the game's settings or system storage settings. Find Undertale's save data and delete it from there.
