How to Demolish a Building in Stardew Valley
To demolish a building in Stardew Valley, you've gotta head over to Robin's carpenter shop. Make sure it's on a day she's working (not Tuesday!), talk to her, and select 'Construct Farm Buildings'. From there, you'll see the option to demolish a building. Just pick the one you wanna get rid of, and boom, it's gone. Remember though, you can't undo this action, so make sure you really wanna tear that building down!

FYI, destroying a building doesn't give back resources or anything. It's just poof, gone. Think twice before you demolish!
Just hit up Robin's shop and tell her you wanna smash something down. Choose the building and Robin does the rest.
