How to dial a number in GTA V
Dialing a number in GTA V is pretty simple! First, bring up your character's cell phone by pressing up on the directional pad. Then, access the dial pad by selecting the 'Contacts' icon or pressing X (on Xbox) / Square (on Playstation) to bring up the keypad. Now, you just punch in the number you wanna call and hit the dial button. It's kinda like using a real phone, except, you know, for doing way more illegal stuff.

Honestly, who even dials numbers in GTA V anymore? Just use the contacts list; it's way faster and you don't need to remember any numbers.
Just hit up on the D-pad, go to your contacts, and if you gotta dial, hit the keypad icon. Type your number, and boom, you're calling!
