So, you wanna be a GTA phone wizard, huh? Easy peasy! Just pop open your character's cell by pressing up on the D-pad. Navigate to your contacts by hitting X or, to dial a new mysterious number (ooh, secret missions?), press the square button. Type in the number using your actual controller (no touch-tone beeps, sorry) and hit X to dial. Bam! You're connected.
