Just switch your matchmaking to Solo! Go to the Navigation console, click on the upper right corner (where it shows your current matchmaking status), and select Solo. Happy lone wolfing!

Super easy, just change the matchmaking mode to Solo or Friends only. You can do this in the top-right corner of the screen before starting a mission.

You can't disable it. Just switch to Solo mode.
