You actually can't completely disable the camera in PUBG Mobile, but you can adjust your camera sensitivity settings to make it less reactive.

There's no way to fully turn off the camera in PUBG Mobile. It's a core part of the game.

Been playing PUBG Mobile for years and to my knowledge, you can't disable the camera. Best you can do is tweak the sensitivity.
