Unfortunately, you can't disable the in-game text chat censor in Valorant. Riot Games designed Valorant with a strict policy to maintain a respectful community and to prevent toxicity. The censor automatically blocks inappropriate language to keep the game friendly. So, if you're seeing stars instead of swears, you're stuck with them.
