How to Disable Facebook Email Notifications
Log into Facebook, go to 'Settings & Privacy', click 'Settings', then 'Notifications'. From there, choose 'Email' and toggle off the notifications you don't want. Super easy!

Head to Facebook's settings, find 'Notifications', then click on 'Email' to turn off what you don't need.
I've disabled them myself—just go to Facebook Settings and find 'Notifications', then uncheck the emails you don't want. Worked like a charm for me!
