Hold R1, folks. That's it. But really, if you're diving to escape the cops, there are better ways.
Just hit R1 and you're diving! Remember, your character can only hold their breath for a limited time. So, if you're exploring the deep blue, keep an eye on that oxygen level unless you wanna sleep with the fishes, GTA style.
Everyone's going on about pressing R1 to dive, which works, but don't forget you can boost your underwater time by picking up the hidden packages and completing the submarine parts mission. Extra oxygen capacity = more treasure hunting!
