I鈥檝e done this a million times: press Forward, R2 (or RT for Xbox), and Block during an enemy combo to break it.

Breakers in MKX are lifesavers! Just press Forward + R2 (PS) or RT (Xbox) along with Block when you're getting hit. Easy peasy!
