To perform an X-Ray move in Mortal Kombat 11, you'll want to build up your Fatal Blow meter, which activates when your health drops below 30%. Once it's charged, press both triggers (L2+R2 or LT+RT) simultaneously. Enjoy the carnage!

You can do an X-Ray move (now called Fatal Blow) when your health is below 30%. Just press both shoulder buttons together.
