To execute Sub-Zero’s Fatality, Frosty Treat, stand at mid-range and press Back, Forward, Back, Y (Xbox) or Triangle (PS). For his Ice-Cutioner Fatality, stand close and press Down, Forward, Down, X (Xbox) or Square (PS).

Why not keep it simple? Push some buttons, see what happens! (Or you could just use the Fatality menu in the Move List.)
I've spent countless hours on MK11, and for Sub-Zero, you really need to remember, Frosty Treat is Back, Forward, Back, Triangle/Y, mid-range; Ice-Cutioner is Down, Forward, Down, Square/X, close. Happy freezing!
