Double tap forward (or hold forward after the second tap) and then hit the attack button on the third step. Practice makes perfect!

Tap forward, forward, let go very briefly, then hit forward and the attack button simultaneously. Sounds tricky, but it works!

To do an instant while running move, double tap forward, then quickly press the attack button. Timing is key here!
