Just plug in another controller and press start, easy peasy. You need cabins for everyone though!

Honestly, split screen is cool and all, but nothing beats the charm of playing Stardew Valley curled up with your own screen. Trust me, it's way more immersive on your own device.

To start a split screen session in Stardew Valley, you'll need to have a cabin for each player who's going to join. First, make sure you're in co-op mode. Then, build a cabin for each additional player through Robin's carpentry shop. Once each player has a cabin, just press start on a controller connected to your console or PC to join in. Remember, every player needs their own cabin!

If you're a Stardew Valley player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
