First, unlock the World Cutting Slash by playing through the quests. Once you have it, equip it from your inventory and press the assigned key during battle.
Just unlock, equip, and press the button. EZ.
To do the World Cutting Slash, first make sure you've unlocked the technique in-game. Then, activate your jujutsu aura and press the attack key (usually 'R' on PC) while targeting your enemy. Slice and dice, baby!
